First Meeting
The speed of the loan process depends a great deal on data collection. Generally, the more we collect up front, the quicker the process will go. Depending on the loan and the lending situation, most borrowers will need to bring the same group of documents. My "first meeting" documents detail some of those items, and name a few others that might come in handy. Historically, the more we collect up front, the smoother the road to a loan becomes.
